PROGrid by SMPLDesign

This is my first premium theme to date, which has a nice, clear design and some really great features and options which will hopefully justify spending a couple of quid on it! Fully responsive to the width of the browser window, meaning that the content will fill the screen, no matter the browser size, and has a nice smooth animation while doing so.

Also included in this theme:

Default 220px width posts, or optional “Larger Posts” at 400px
Works beautifully with Tumblr’s Photosets and resizes to fit the post width
On hover: Permalink, like and reblog icons on the homepage
Optional social media sharing widgets on the permalink page
Optional show/hide captions on the homepage
Reliable search bar which searches for tags as opposed to key words
Supports note count, tags and notes on the permalink page
Custom fonts, colours and background image
Fades in content on load

Disassemble 3.0

An unconventional multi-size grid theme with custom colours, custom font and optional fade on images and optional hide/show captions, note count and tags. The 3rd version now also works with all post types (that includes photosets!) This update integrates the brilliant Masonry script which means that the posts fit together much better than the previous version. At this time the theme does not accept custom pages, however I will try to add this soon.

You may have noticed I added a “Donate” link on my page and I’d really appreciate it if you guys could maybe spare me a few quid if you like my themes, thanks!

Disassemble 2.0

An updated version of my previous theme Disassemble. This new version accepts all posts types (hooray!). Also a noticeable update is the new navigation/links, option for captions on/off and also a “back to top” button. Does not enable custom pages/links, so please do not ask about that, you will have to edit it yourself if you want to add extra links. Anyway, I hope you like it!

PS: To get your custom “Follow” button to work, you need to put your URL (eg: smpldesign) in the “Tumblr URL” box in the Appearance panel on the Customize page.

New theme featuring 4 columns, optional captions, optional post dividers, optional faded photos, and custom header image. The “Show Captions” option works by showing the first paragraph of the caption, as a sort of ‘header’ or blurb. If you have Show Captions ticked, and some of your captions are not showing up, check that the post’s caption (by editing the post and clicking the HTML icon in the toolbar) has no tags or an empty first paragraph. A paragraph is any text between

How to get around the surveys

I have received so many messages and e-mails about this, when I have had a notice saying I will re-host them so please just read my page before sending me tonnes of messages… would save us both time. I am awaiting a reply from Tinypaste as I’d rather they fixed their site than I have to re-host every single one of my themes, so in the mean time you can try viewing the page with no style, or view page source… or a better idea is to go to the theme you want to download, then copy and paste the url in to Google search, and click Cached next to it and there should be no survey.

Another option for Chrome users: Click the spanner in the top right, go to options, under the bonnet, content settings then disable javascript, go to the theme you want, copy all the code, then enable Javascript again.

Optional icon photo in sidebar, no visible permalinks on any post types (just click the photo or text of the post to go to the permalink page), optional endless scroll and a few colour options.

Instructions on how to have extra links categories in the sidebar:
Enable custom HTML, which you can find under the Theme tab on the customize page, search (cntrl + f) for Navigation and at the end of all the default links you will see </ul> which signifies the end of an unordered list. Directly after that, you can make another list of the same layout, for example, a tag list:

Options you can toggle include big or small photos, captions/tags on the index page, “faded” look on image when you hover, choice of colours for the title hover and underline colour on links and font of the body (no choice on title/navigation font though, sorry!)

On the left is the “Grid Layout” option, and on the right is the regular 1 column layout. When you install the theme you will be able to toggle between these two layouts via the Appearance menu. As you can see there is also an option to have a portrait photo instead of your username. I hope you like it!
